In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilise a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

Our staff will create a support ticket for you over the phone and/or create a user login for you to create your own support tickets. 

Our offices phone lines are available Monday-Friday 9AM-5.30PM


Please refer to your support contract confirmation email if you have an emergency outside these hours. Our out of hours number will be available for you within the email.
